Aren't these recycled tin roses just gorgeous?! Give someone you love an everlasting red rose, or keep it for yourself. It looks beautiful in a bud vase, laid on a dressing table, or together with several others for a flower display that will never wilt.
Each rose is approximatey 5cm in diameter and 34cm in length, and has two 5cm long leaves at the top of the stem.
Please note that these are
not suitable for children, as there is the possibility of some sharp edges.
These are made for
Streetwires, an IFAT registered company in South Africa, by a freelance craftsman. The story behind the roses is that he was going through hard times a few years back and he dreamed he was searching through rubbish dumps for items. In his dream there were beautiful bright flowers growing out of the rubbish. When he woke up he decided it was a message to develop these roses from old tin cans, which he paints.
